Cascade Estates

Consists of eight single family homes. All homes have brick foundation, 3bedrooms/2bath, a front porch and two cars driveway. The subdivision was completed and fully occupied by  2001.

All homeowners received down payment/closing costs assistance from Federal Home Loan Bank or/and the Local HOME Consortium.

Homeowners participated in our Homebuyer workshops and Housing/Credit Counseling.

Cascade Mills

The subdivision consists of six single family homes. Each home has three bedrooms and two baths. The subdivision was completed and fully occupied by 2005.

All homes met the guidelines of the Advanced Energy Program sponsor by the NC Housing Finance Agency.

All homebuyers received down payment/closing cost assitance from Federal Home Loan Bank in Atlanta and/or HUD funds through our local HOME Consortium.

Burke Dale

This beautiful neo-classical style subdivision will blend and preserve the historical characteristics of the existing community. The development will feature a small park area with over 30% open space and a common area with a gazebo for the community to gather.

The subdivision will consist of 23 single-family homes. Each home will have at least three bedroom and two baths.

Down payment/closing cost assistance will be available for qualified buyers. Qualified buyers can also benefit from the NC Housing Finance Agency Program. This program consists of a 2nd mortgage up to $25,000, interest free.

The completion of this subdivision will culminate the revitalization of the Cascade Area that started in 1999 by the Town of Mooresville and Community Housing Dev. Corp. of MSI.
