Community Housing Development Corp. of Mooresville/South Iredell is a private non-profit organization create in 1997 by a concerned group of community leaders and the Town of Mooresville.
The organization was established to make certain that residents living in the Mooresville and Southern Iredell County community would have the opportunity of affordable housing.
Our Mission is to provide decent, affordable housing for low and moderate income families through collaborative and innovative programs, financing, and human development.
We provide our services in the Town of Mooresville and South Iredell.
All our services are in English and Spanish.
