Registration Application
Thank you for expressing an interest in the homes and programs of Community Housing Development Corporation of Mooresville/South Iredell.
Completion of the enclosed application form does not guarantee that you will receive a house or that you will qualify for a house. This application will be used to evaluate your home ownership readiness. We will evaluate your credit report and your ability to financially afford to purchase a home. To complete our evaluation, the following applicable information for you and your co-applicant is requested:
- Pay stubs for the previous two months;
- Bank statements for the previous two months;
- Verification of your current address (such as photocopy of your driver’s license or current utility statement with your name);
- Any previous addresses with zip codes for the past five years;
- A money order in the amount of $40.00 made payable to Community Housing Dev. Corp. The fee will be used for processing your application and obtaining your credit report;
- Copies of your 1040 tax returns and W2 forms for the past two years;
- Copy of your Divorce Decree;
- Copy of Social Security Card;
- Copy of your Bankruptcy discharge letter;
- Award letters (child support, SSI, Social Security, etc.); and
- Proof of Legal Residency if not a U.S. citizen.
Each of our participants is required to attend a Financial Literacy Class for Homeowner and at least two hours of housing/credit counseling.
